During data collection, users benefit from features that enable the reuse of previously entered datasets. For example, when registering multiple similar light poles, common attributes can be stored in memory to prevent repetitive data entry, significantly improving efficiency.

The application also facilitates bulk editing of records. By selecting multiple map pins simultaneously, users can update information across several features at once, streamlining workflows and reducing time expenditures.

All collected data is securely stored in the GIS4Mobile cloud infrastructure. For users with private data storage solutions, the platform supports publishing existing datasets and configuring forms for data collection or editing. These forms can incorporate various input elements such as textboxes, date/time pickers, dropdowns, checkboxes, and more.

The app is available for free download. Upon installation, users can choose between free usage or connecting to their private storage by entering their credentials.
